PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation is an exquisite amalgamation of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical components, forming a sophisticated, compact power distribution device. The YBW series prefabricated substation is characterized by its robust integration, minimal footprint, and compact design, ensuring safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. Compared to traditional civil substations, this innovative box-type solution occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, significantly reducing design efforts and construction costs. It supports various distribution systems, including the thousand-ring network, dual power sources, or radial terminal systems, making it a pioneering tool in urban and rural substation development and enhancement.
The YBW series prefabricated substation adheres to the esteemed national standard GB/T17467-1998, tailored for High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation < 1000W/m² ensures optimal operation.
3. Altitude must not exceed 1000m for effective performance.
4. Ice coating should be ≤ 20mm.
5. Wind speed < 35m/s to maintain stability.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake intensity must not exceed 8 degrees on the Richter scale.
8. The installation site should be devoid of fire and explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and significant vibrations. Note: For special conditions, please negotiate with the manufacturer during ordering.
