The YBW Series Prefabricated Substation is characterized by its robust set-up, diminutive size, and ingeniously compact structure. It guarantees safe and reliable operation while offering the convenience of easy maintenance and mobility. Compared to conventional civil substations, this advanced box-type substation with equivalent capacity occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, significantly diminishing design and construction workload, and substantially cutting down construction costs. Versatile in its application, it is adaptable to the thousand-ring network power distribution system, thousand-double power source, or the radiation terminal power distribution system. This innovative equipment is essential for the progressive construction and enhancement of both urban and rural substations.
Proudly aligning with national standard GB/T17467-1998, the YBW Series Prefabricated Substation meets the stringent criteria for High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature ranges from an upper limit of ≤ 40 ºC to a lower limit of ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation is maintained at < 1000W/m².
3. Altitude is sustained at ≤ 1000m, ensuring optimal performance.
4. Ice coating is restricted to ≤ 20mm, preserving structural integrity.
5. Wind speeds are kept under < 35m/s to ensure stability.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%; monthly average relative humidity is ≤ 90%; daily average relative water vapor pressure stays below 2.2kPa; and monthly average relative water vapor pressure is maintained at ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake resilience is rated at an intensity of ≤ 8 degrees, providing robust durability.
