The YBW Series Prefabricated Substation is synonymous with exceptional reliability, featuring a robust design, compact dimensions, and an impeccably safe operational framework. When juxtaposed with traditional civil substations of equivalent capacity, this box-type substation occupies a mere 1/10th to 1/5th of the area, drastically slashing both design labor and construction expenses. YBW Series Prefabricated Substation proudly adheres to the national standard GB/T17467-1998, governing both High Voltage and Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature range: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation shall not exceed 1000W/m².
3. Altitude should be ≤ 1000m for optimal performance.
4. Ice coating must be maintained at ≤ 20mm.
5. Wind speed should remain under 35m/s.
6. Humidity levels: Average daily relative humidity ≤ 95%; Average monthly relative humidity ≤ 90%; Average daily water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Average monthly water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake resistance with an intensity ≤ 8 degrees.
8. Suitable for locations free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and intense vibrations. Note: For special conditions, consult with the manufacturer upon ordering.
