Introducing the YBW series prefabricated substation, a state-of-the-art power distribution marvel that ingeniously integrates high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical units into one compact, efficient system. This complete power distribution device is expertly designed for deployment in urban high-rise buildings, both urban and rural environments, residential areas, high-tech zones, small to mid-sized factories, mining sites, oil fields, and temporary construction projects. It is engineered for optimal distribution of electrical energy within any distribution system.
Our YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its robust assembly, minimal footprint, compact structure, and reliable, safe operation, all while being incredibly easy to maintain and relocate. Compared to traditional civil substations, our box-type model takes up just 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, significantly lowering design efforts, construction volume, and costs. It supports various power distribution systems, including the thousand-ring network, dual power source, and radiation terminal systems, marking it as the innovative choice for modern urban and rural substation projects.
The YBW series prefabricated substation complies with the national standard GB/T17467-1998 for 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations', ensuring reliability and safety.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation intensity should be less than 1000W/m².
3. Maximum altitude for operation is 1000 meters.
4. Ice coating should not exceed 20mm.
5. Wind speeds should be less than 35 meters per second.
6. Humidity specifications: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average ≤ 90%; Daily average water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. The earthquake intensity should not exceed 8 degrees.
8. Ideal locations are free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and excessive vibration. Note: For special use conditions, please negotiate with the manufacturer during the order process.
