The YBW series prefabricated substations are a sophisticated blend of high-voltage electrical apparatus, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment, all ingeniously integrated into a sleek, complete power distribution unit. Designed to serve urban high-rise constructions, both urban and rural buildings, residential complexes, and high-tech development zones, they are also ideal for small and medium-sized factories, mining sites, oil fields, and temporary construction sites. This versatile solution excels in distributing electrical energy efficiently across distribution systems.
The YBW series prefabricated substations boast an impressive array of features: robust integration, compact size, and a streamlined, safe design. Their reliable operation and easy maintenance make them highly portable. Compared to traditional civil substations, these box-type units require minimal space—just 1/10 to 1/5 of the area—leading to significant reductions in design and construction costs. In power distribution systems, they are adaptable to ring network, dual power sources, or radial terminal arrangements, marking them as an innovative choice for urban and rural substation enhancement.
The YBW series prefabricated substations adhere strictly to the national standard GB/T17467-1998 for High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation intensity should be < 1000W/m².
3. Suitable for locations with altitudes ≤ 1000m.
4. Ice coating should not exceed 20mm.
5. Capable of withstanding wind speeds < 35m/s.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity up to 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2 kPa; Monthly average water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8 kPa.
7. Earthquake resistance up to an intensity of 8 degrees.
8. Installation sites should be free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and excessive vibration. Note: For special use conditions, please renegotiate with the manufacturer when placing an order.
