The YBW series prefabricated substation is an ingeniously crafted combination of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer low-voltage electrical equipment, and more, forming a compact, complete power distribution device. It is impeccably suited for urban high-rise buildings, both urban and rural settings, residential neighborhoods, high-tech development areas, as well as small to medium-sized factories, mining oil fields, and temporary construction sites. This versatile solution is designed for the efficient distribution and allocation of electrical energy within diverse distribution systems.
The YBW series prefabricated substation boasts remarkable features such as robustness, minimal size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. When compared to traditional civil substations, this box-type substation occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the area, significantly reducing design workload, construction volume, and costs. Suitable for various power distribution systems, including the thousand-ring network, thousand-double power source, and radiation terminal, it stands as a revolutionary choice for modernizing urban and rural substations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation adheres to the esteemed national standard GB/T17467-1998 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation,' ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature should range from a maximum of 40 ºC to a minimum of -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation should be less than 1000W / m² to ensure optimal operation.
3. Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters.
4. Capable of withstanding ice coating up to 20mm.
5. Wind speed tolerance is below 35m/s for secure functioning.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and monthly average relative humidity should be 90% or less. Daily average relative water vapor pressure should be ≤ 2.2kPa, while monthly average should be ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake resistance up to an intensity of 8 degrees.
8. Ideal for locations free of fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and intense vibrations. Note: For special usage conditions, kindly discuss specifications with the manufacturer during order placement.
