The YBW series prefabricated substation is an ingeniously integrated power distribution solution that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into one compact, efficient unit. Perfectly suited for urban high-rises, residential communities, high-tech zones, mid-sized factories, mining oil fields, and temporary construction sites, it ensures seamless distribution and allocation of electrical energy across various distribution systems, elevating electrical functionality with ease and precision.
Designed with excellence, the YBW series prefabricated substation boasts a robust configuration, minimal footprint, and a compact structure, ensuring safe and reliable operations with effortless maintenance and mobility. Compared to traditional civil substations, it occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, significantly diminishing design workload, construction volume, and cost. It adeptly integrates into power distribution systems, supporting thousand-ring network, dual power sources, or radiation terminal configurations, marking a pioneering advancement in urban and rural substation upgrades.
The YBW series prefabricated substation proudly adheres to the national standard GB/T17467-1998 for "High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations," ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum limit ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum limit ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation less than 1000W / m².
3. Installed at altitudes ≤ 1000m for optimal performance.
4. Ice coating thickness not exceeding 20mm.
5. Withstands wind speeds under 35m/s, ensuring stability.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake resistance up to an intensity of 8 degrees.
8. Suitable for locations free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. Note: For special conditions, discuss with the manufacturer upon ordering.
