PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW Series Prefabricated Substation is an advanced fusion of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical components, creating a compact and efficient power distribution device. Perfectly suited for urban skyscrapers, residential areas, high-tech zones, and even temporary construction sites, this versatile substation redefines power distribution for urban and rural landscapes. Whether for small or medium-sized factories, mining oil fields, or general electricity distribution, the YBW series empowers the seamless transfer and management of electrical energy.
The YBW Series Prefabricated Substation boasts formidable attributes. It is robust, compact, and masterfully engineered for safe and reliable operation. With its ease of maintenance and mobility, it sets a new standard compared to traditional civil substations, occupying merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the space. As a result, it significantly lowers design effort, construction volume, and cost. In power distribution, it excels with compatibility for ring, dual power source, or radiation terminal distribution systems. This new-age equipment is pivotal for modernizing urban and rural substations.
The YBW Series Prefabricated Substation adheres to the national standard GB/T17467-1998, ensuring superior quality and reliability in High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature with a maximum of 40 ºC and a minimum of -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation must remain below 1000W/m².
3. Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters.
4. Capable of handling ice coatings up to 20mm thick.
5. Wind speeds should not exceed 35 meters per second.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity should not surpass 95%, and monthly averages should be under 90%. Daily water vapor pressure should remain below 2.2kPa, while monthly averages should not exceed 1.8kPa.
7. Built to withstand earthquake intensities up to 8 degrees.
8. Must be installed in areas without fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, or intense vibration. Note: For special usage conditions, please renegotiate with the manufacturer upon ordering.
