PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation is an ingeniously crafted integration of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment, all seamlessly combined into a compact, complete power distribution device. Designed for versatility, it serves an array of environments including urban skyscrapers, rural and urban buildings, residential zones, high-tech development areas, and even small to medium-sized factories. Additionally, it is perfectly suited for mining, oil fields, and temporary construction power needs, ensuring the efficient distribution of electrical energy across various distribution systems.
The YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its robust assembly, minimal footprint, and compact design. It boasts safe, reliable operations, ease of maintenance, and portability. When compared to traditional civil substations, this space-saving alternative occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the area, significantly cutting design and construction efforts and costs. Within power distribution systems, it accommodates thousand-ring network systems, dual power sources, and radiation terminal setups. It represents a cutting-edge solution for modernizing urban and rural substations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation adheres to the stringent national standard GB/T17467-1998 for High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature should range with an upper limit of ≤ 40 ºC and a lower limit of ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation should be less than 1000W/m².
3. Installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters.
4. Ice coating should have a maximum thickness of 20mm.
5. Maximum wind speed should be less than 35m/s.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, while the monthly average should be ≤ 90%. Daily average relative water vapor pressure should be ≤ 2.2kPa, and the monthly average ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake intensity should not surpass 8 degrees on the Richter scale.
8. Install in locations free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration. Note: For special use conditions, please renegotiate with the manufacturer during ordering.
