PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation offers an innovative, compact solution for modern power distribution needs. This integrated device combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical components into a streamlined unit. Ideal for urban high-rise buildings, both urban and rural residential zones, high-tech development areas, and small to medium-sized factories, it also serves the mining and oil field sectors, as well as temporary construction sites. This product provides efficient distribution of electrical energy in a variety of settings.
Featuring a robust design, the YBW series prefabricated substation is renowned for its compact size, tight structure, and reliable performance. It ensures safe operation and easy maintenance while being highly mobile. In comparison to traditional civil substations, this box-type substation occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, significantly reducing design and construction efforts and costs. It is adaptable to the distribution system's needs, supporting thousand-ring network, dual power sources, or radial terminal power distribution systems. It represents a cutting-edge solution for upgrading urban and rural substations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation is fully compliant with the national standard GB/T17467-1998 for 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation', ensuring top-tier quality and safety.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. The ambient air temperature should range from a maximum of 40 ºC to a minimum of -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation must be kept below 1000W/m².
3. Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters.
4. Ice coating is permissible up to 20mm.
5. Wind speeds should be less than 35m/s.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity must not exceed 95%; Monthly average relative humidity should be no more than 90%. Daily average relative water vapor pressure: ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average should not exceed 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake intensity must be ≤ 8 degrees on the Richter scale.
8. The installation site must be free from fire hazards, explosion risks, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and intense vibrations. Note: For special use conditions, please negotiate with the manufacturer upon ordering.
