The YBW series prefabricated substation is a masterful integration of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical devices, all crafted into a sleek, compact power distribution unit. Perfectly suited for urban skyscrapers, suburban developments, residential estates, high-tech zones, as well as small to medium-sized factories, mining sites, oil fields, and even temporary constructions. This powerhouse efficiently manages the distribution of electrical energy across various locations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation boasts exceptional features including robustness, a small footprint, and a compact architecture that ensures safe and dependable operation, alongside ease of maintenance and portability. Compared to traditional substations, this box-type design occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the area, significantly lowering design demands, construction volumes, and costs. Within power distribution systems, it supports flexible configurations such as the ring network, dual power sources, or radial terminal arrangements. This innovative equipment is pivotal for modernizing urban and rural substations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation adheres to the esteemed national standard GB/T17467-1998 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation', ensuring superior quality and reliability.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation does not exceed 1000W/m².
3. Altitude should be ≤ 1000m.
4. Ice coating thickness should be ≤ 20mm.
5. Wind speed should be less than 35m/s.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity should be ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake intensity must not exceed 8 degrees.
8. Installation sites should be free from fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibrations. Note: For special conditions, please consult with the manufacturer prior to ordering.
