The YBW series prefabricated substation ingeniously integrates high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact, complete power distribution solution. This sophisticated substation is perfectly suited for urban high-rise buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining oil fields, temporary constructions, and electricity usage. It is designed to seamlessly distribute and manage electrical energy within the distribution system.
The YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its robust assembly, small footprint, compact structure, and reliable operation. Not only is it safe and easy to maintain, but it is also mobile, providing flexibility in deployment. Compared to traditional civil substations, this box-type substation requires significantly less space, often only 1/10 to 1/5 of the area, which dramatically reduces design and construction costs. Moreover, it supports various power distribution systems, including the thousand-ring network, thousand-double power source, and radiation terminal systems, making it an innovative choice for urban and rural substation development and enhancement.
The YBW series prefabricated substation is crafted in compliance with the national standard GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation," ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Upper limit ≤ 40 ºC, Lower limit ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation is kept under 1000W/m².
3. Suitable for altitudes ≤ 1000m.
4. Ice coating should not exceed 20mm.
5. Wind speed is efficiently handled at < 35m/s.
6. Humidity: Maintains daily average relative humidity at 595%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Designed to withstand earthquake intensity up to 8 degrees.
