The YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its robust design, minimal footprint, and compact structure. It ensures safe and reliable operation, offers ease of maintenance, and is fully portable. Compared to conventional civil substations, this box-type substation covers only 10% to 20% of the area, significantly cutting down on design workload and construction costs. It's adaptable to various power distribution systems, including the thousand-ring network, thousand-double power source, or radiation terminal systems. Truly an advanced piece of technology for enhancing urban and rural substation infrastructure.
The YBW series prefabricated substation proudly meets the stringent national standard GB/T17467-1998 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation', ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Operating comfortably under ambient air temperatures, with an upper limit of 40ºC and a lower limit of -10ºC.
2. Capable of withstanding sunlight radiation levels of up to 1000W/m².
3. Suitable for altitudes of up to 1000 meters.
4. Designed to handle ice coating of up to 20mm.
5. Built to endure wind speeds reaching 35m/s.
6. Humidity: Ensures performance with daily average relative humidity at 595% and monthly average at or below 90%. Daily water vapor pressure averages at ≤ 2.2kPa, while monthly averages do not exceed 1.8kPa.
7. Resilient to earthquake intensity, sustaining up to 8 degrees on the Richter scale.
8. Ideal for locations devoid of fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and significant vibrations. Note: For specific use conditions, liaise with Golden Triangle for tailored negotiations.
