PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation is an ingenious amalgamation of high-voltage electrical components, transformers, and low-voltage electrical apparatus, forming a compact power distribution unit. Ideally suited for urban skyscrapers, both urban and rural structures, residential communities, high-tech parks, factories of various sizes, mining operations, oil fields, and temporary construction needs, this substation excels in adeptly managing and distributing electrical energy within a distribution network.
Boasting a robust configuration, the YBW series prefabricated substation is distinguished by its compact size, efficient design, and reliable performance. It ensures safety, ease of maintenance, and mobility. Compared to the traditional civil substations, the same capacity box-type substation occupies just 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, significantly cutting down on design and construction effort and costs. Versatile in the power distribution system, it supports configurations like the thousand-ring network, dual power sources, or a radial terminal distribution approach, making it an innovative choice for modernizing urban and rural substations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation proudly adheres to the national standard GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation," ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature ranges: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation is kept under control at < 1000W/m², ensuring optimal performance.
3. Designed to operate efficiently at altitudes ≤ 1000m.
4. Ice coating must be maintained ≤ 20mm, preventing operational hindrance.
5. Wind speeds should remain under < 35m/s for stable functionality.
6. Humidity levels: Daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%; Monthly average ≤ 90%; Daily average vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Engineered to withstand earthquake intensities up to ≤ 8 degrees.
