PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation is a marvel of modern engineering, seamlessly integrating high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact, complete power distribution device. Tailored for urban high-rise buildings, it is equally at home in urban and rural residential areas, high-tech development zones, small to medium-sized factories, mining oil fields, and temporary construction sites. This versatile unit excels in the distribution and management of electrical energy, ensuring efficient operation within the distribution system.
The YBW series prefabricated substation boasts a robust construction with a compact and space-saving design, ensuring safe and reliable operation with easy maintenance and mobility. Unlike conventional civil substations, this innovative box-type substation requires significantly less space, occupying just 1/10 to 1/5 of the area. This reduction not only diminishes the design and construction efforts but also cuts down on costs. Within the power distribution ecosystem, it supports a variety of configurations, including the thousand-ring network, dual power sources, and radiation terminal systems. It stands as a pioneering solution for both urban and rural substation enhancement.
The YBW series prefabricated substation fully complies with the national standard GB/T17467-1998 for High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations, ensuring it meets rigorous quality and safety criteria.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation: Less than 1000W/m².
3. Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters.
4. Ice coating: Not more than 20mm.
5. Wind speed: Less than 35 meters per second.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees on the Richter scale.
8. The substation should be installed in locations free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. Note: For special use conditions, please discuss with the manufacturer at the time of order.
