The YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its robust integration, minimal footprint, and innovative, compact design. Ensuring safe and reliable operation, it simplifies maintenance and offers remarkable mobility. Unlike conventional substations, our box-type substation occupies merely 1/10th to 1/5th of the usual area, significantly cutting down on design and construction costs. This versatile system supports various power distribution configurations, making it a prime choice for advancing urban and rural electrical infrastructure.
The YBW series prefabricated substation is meticulously crafted to comply with the national benchmark GB/T17467-1998 for High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Upper threshold ≤ 40 ºC, Lower threshold ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation intensity < 1000W / m².
3. Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters.
4. Maximum ice coating thickness: 20mm.
5. Wind speed: Less than 35m/s.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average ≤ 90%; Daily water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake resistance: Up to 8 degrees of intensity.
