The YBW series prefabricated substation by Golden Triangle Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. is a state-of-the-art, compact power distribution solution that smartly integrates high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical components into one powerful unit. The YBW series prefabricated substation is distinguished by its robust build, compact size, and seamless functionality. Its compact design-occupying just 1/10 to 1/5 of the area of traditional substations-significantly lowers the design and construction workload, conserving resources and reducing costs. This innovative substation supports multiple power distribution systems, including ring network, dual power source, and radial terminal systems, making it an ideal choice for modernizing urban and rural power infrastructures.
Our YBW series prefabricated substation adheres strictly to the GB/T17467-1998 national standard for 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation,' ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: ranging from a minimum of -10 ºC to a maximum of 40 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation intensity must remain under 1000W/m².
3. Altitude requirements: must be situated at or below 1000 meters.
4. Ice coating should not exceed a thickness of 20mm.
5. Wind speed should remain below 35 meters per second.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity should be ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity should not exceed 90%. Daily average relative water vapor pressure should be ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average relative water vapor pressure should be ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Must withstand earthquake intensity of up to 8 degrees.
8. Suitable for locations free from fire and explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration. Note: Should there be any special conditions, please renegotiate with the manufacturer when placing an order.
