Ideally suited for the distribution and management of electrical energy, this prefabricated substation shines in urban high-rise structures, residential areas, cutting-edge development zones, and even temporary construction sites. Its versatility also makes it perfect for small to medium-sized factories, oil fields, and rural projects, providing a streamlined and efficient solution to power distribution needs.
YBW series prefabricated substations boast a robust design, small footprint, and compact structure, delivering safe and reliable operation with ease of maintenance. Compared to traditional substations, they cover just 1/10 to 1/5 of the area, significantly cutting down on design and construction costs. These substations integrate seamlessly into power distribution systems, offering options like the thousand-ring network or radiation terminal systems, making them a cutting-edge solution for modern urban and rural infrastructure.
The YBW series prefabricated substation proudly adheres to the national standard GB/T17467-1998 for 'High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations', showcasing its commitment to quality and safety.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature should be within an upper limit of ≤ 40 ºC and a lower limit of ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation should not exceed 1000W/m², ensuring optimal performance.
3. Suitable for altitudes of up to ≤ 1000m, maintaining efficiency in various terrains.
4. Ice coating allowance is ≤ 20mm, handling harsh winter conditions.
5. Designed to withstand wind speeds of < 35m/s, promising resilience against strong winds.
6. Humidity: The design accommodates a daily average relative humidity of 59% and a monthly average of ≤ 90%; daily average water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa, monthly ≤ 1.8kPa, to prevent condensation issues.
7. Built to endure an earthquake intensity of ≤ 8 degrees, ensuring stability during seismic events.
8. Ideal for locations free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. Note: For special conditions, negotiation with the manufacturer is required.
