PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation is a compact powerhouse, integrating high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical components into one seamless unit. Designed for urban high-rises, residential areas, high-tech zones, factories, mining areas, oil fields, and temporary construction sites, it efficiently manages the distribution of electrical energy across diverse settings.
Distinguished by its robust design, the YBW series prefabricated substation boasts a compact size and smart structure, ensuring safe and reliable operations with easy maintenance and portability. Unlike traditional civil substations, this innovative substation occupies just 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, significantly cutting down on design and construction costs. It supports various power distribution systems, from thousand-ring networks to dual power sources and radiated terminals, offering a state-of-the-art solution for urban and rural substation enhancements.
The YBW series prefabricated substation adheres to the GB/T17467-1998 national standard for High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature range: Maximum ≤ 40ºC, Minimum ≥ -10ºC.
2. Sunlight exposure: Less than 1000W/m².
3. Altitude: Up to 1000m above sea level.
4. Ice coating: Maximum thickness of 20mm.
5. Wind speed: Less than 35m/s.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average ≤ 90%; Daily water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake resistance: Withstands intensities up to 8 degrees.
