The YBW series prefabricated substation is a state-of-the-art power distribution solution that brings together high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical units in a compact, complete package. This versatile powerhouse is designed for urban high-rise buildings, residential zones, high-tech development areas, and factories, as well as in mining, oil fields, and temporary construction sites. It efficiently distributes electrical energy across the distribution system, ensuring seamless power supply wherever it is deployed.
The YBW series prefabricated substation boasts a robust and compact design, ensuring safe, reliable operation with easy maintenance and mobility. Its advanced build requires significantly less space-just 1/10th to 1/5th of a traditional substation-slashing design and construction costs. This innovative equipment supports diverse power distribution systems, including thousand-ring network power distribution and radiation terminal systems, making it an ideal solution to revamp urban and rural substations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation proudly meets the rigorous standards of the national GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation" benchmark.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit ≤ 40 ºC, lower limit ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation must be below 1000W/m².
3. Operates effectively at altitudes ≤ 1000m.
4. Can withstand ice coatings up to 20mm thick.
5. Withstands wind speeds of up to 35m/s.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average relative vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average relative vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Designed to endure earthquake intensity up to 8 degrees.
8. Must be installed in locations free from fire, explosion hazards, extreme contamination, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration. Note: For special usage conditions, please negotiate with the manufacturer during ordering.
