The YBW series prefabricated substation boasts a host of exceptional features: robust construction, minimal footprint, space-efficient design, reliable and safe operation, ease of maintenance, and portability. Unlike conventional civil substations, the YBW substation occupies just a fraction (1/10-1/5) of the space, significantly cutting down on design complexity, construction efforts, and associated costs. Within the power distribution system, it supports various configurations, including the thousand-ring network, dual power source systems, and terminal power distribution networks. This innovative equipment marks a significant leap forward in the modernization of urban and rural substations.
Our YBW series prefabricated substations adhere strictly to the national standard GB/T17467-1998, ensuring the highest quality in High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature ranges from a maximum of 40 ºC to a minimum of -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation should not exceed 1000W / m².
3. Suitable for altitudes of up to 1000 meters.
4. Ice accumulation is permissible up to 20mm.
5. Designed to endure wind speeds of less than 35m/s.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity should not exceed 595%; Monthly average relative humidity should be under 90%. The daily average relative water vapor pressure should remain at 2.2kPa or below, while the monthly average should not exceed 1.8kPa.
7. Capable of withstanding earthquake intensities up to 8 degrees.
