Low Loss, Remarkable Energy Saving
1) With the magnetization direction matching the rolling direction of the silicon steel sheet, the wound core offers an even magnetic flux distribution without high resistance, significantly reducing iron loss by 10-20% compared to a laminated core.
2) The innovative three-dimensional structure allows for a 25% reduction in materials for the iron core yoke, with the angle core weight constituting only 6% of the total weight.
3) High-temperature (800°C) nitrogen vacuum annealing minimizes mechanical stress and refines silicon steel sheets, enhancing their performance beyond factory standards.

Low Noise
Understanding the Source of Noise from Transformer Vibration:
1) Vibration and resulting noise stem from the magnetic expansion of the silicon steel sheet within the iron core.
2) Electromagnetic attraction at the silicon steel sheet joints causes leakage and subsequent noise.
3) High working magnetic density near saturation, coupled with leakage, can increase noise levels. Our continuous rolling method eliminates seams, reducing noise significantly compared to laminated cores. Additionally, symmetrical magnetic circuits and reasoned magnetic density design further minimize noise.
Type tests reveal the SCB10-RL-2000/10 series achieves only 41dB, a remarkable 25dB reduction from the 66dB national standard, making it ideal for quiet indoor and residential environments.

High Overload Ability
1) With minimal heat generation due to low no-load loss and current, our transformer maintains a very low internal temperature.
2) The delta-shaped three-phase coil forms a chimney effect, creating an efficient pathway for air circulation. This results in a temperature difference of 30-40°C at the iron yoke, enhancing cross-ventilation as cooler air rises, dissipating heat effectively.
