Optimization of Magnetic Circuit
1) Ingeniously designed without any joint in the core layer's three-dimensional volume, this ensures uniform magnetic circuit distribution, eliminating high resistance areas and preventing distortion of the joint's magnetic flux density.
2) The magnetic flux direction perfectly aligns with the orientation of the silicon steel sheet, ensuring optimal efficiency.
3) The three-phase magnetic circuit maintains identical lengths, minimizing the circuit length for unmatched efficiency.
4) With its symmetrical three-phase magnetic circuit, balance is achieved in all three air currents, bringing enhanced stability.

Low Loss, Energy Saving Marvel
1) The magnetic flux distribution is even throughout, with no high resistance area and no distortion in flux density at joints. When using the same material, the wound core's iron loss is reduced by 10-20%, compared to traditional laminated cores.
2) Thanks to its innovative three-dimensional structure, the iron core yoke uses 25% less material than traditional laminated cores, with the angle core forming only 6% of the total weight.
3) The shearing of silicon steel sheets can degrade magnetic conductivity, but our annealing treatment in high-temperature nitrogen vacuum refines the silicon steel, enhancing its secondary recrystallization, surpassing its original performance.
4) Test reports confirm that the three-dimensional transformer's no-load loss is 25-35% lower than national standards, with the maximum load current reduced by 92%.

Low Noise
Transformative Design for Noise Reduction:
1) The silicon steel sheet's magnetic expansion leads to iron core vibration, causing noise.
2) Electromagnetic attraction between jointed silicon steel sheets due to leakage also contributes to noise via core vibration.
3) High working magnetic density can lead to saturation and noise. Our uninterrupted rolling of silicon steel strips ensures no seam, reducing noise, while the symmetrical magnetic circuit design ensures minimal noise output.
Type tests of SCB10-RL-2000/10 series show an astounding reduction to 41dB from the national standard of 66dB, making it ideal for indoor and residential applications.

1) The product operates with very low heat: the winding core transformer's no-load loss and no-load current are minimal, ensuring low heat production.
