Remarkable Low Loss, Exceptional Energy Saving
1) With the magnetization direction of the three-dimensional rolled iron core matching the rolling direction of the silicon steel sheet, the magnetic flux is uniformly distributed, eradicating high resistance regions. Compared to laminated cores, the wound core reduces iron loss significantly by 10-20%, using the same materials.
2) Thanks to its unique three-dimensional structure, material usage in the iron core yoke is reduced by 25%, with the angle core accounting for just 6% of the total weight.
3) The precision shearing of silicon steel sheets is crafted to avoid magnetic conductivity deterioration. High-temperature nitrogen vacuum annealing treatment at 800°C eliminates mechanical stress, refining the magnetic properties to surpass factory standards.

The origins of noise due to transformer vibration are:
1) Magnetoelastic expansion in silicon steel sheets causes core vibration, leading to noise.
2) Electromagnetic attraction at silicon steel sheet joints and lamination leaks cause core vibration and noise.
3) Excessive working magnetic density, nearing saturation, results in leakage and noise.
