2) The magnetic flux direction is perfectly aligned with the orientation of the silicon steel sheets, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
3) The length of each phase in the magnetic circuit is meticulously identical and minimized, ensuring efficiency and reducing material usage.

Low Loss, Energy Saving is Exceptional
1) With a magnetization direction perfectly matched to the rolling direction of the silicon steel sheets, our three-dimensional rolled iron core boasts a uniformly distributed magnetic flux. By using similar materials, we achieve a reduction in core iron loss by approximately 10-20% compared to traditional laminated cores.
2) Thanks to our innovative three-dimensional design, the materials required for the iron core yoke are reduced by 25% compared to conventional laminated cores, with the core's angular weight contributing only about 6% to the total.
3) Unlike sheared silicon steel sheet processing that weakens magnetic conductivity, our three-dimensional rolled iron undergoes high-temperature annealing in a nitrogen vacuum (800°C).
