PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation is an innovative amalgamation of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical components, all cohesively integrated into a compact and complete power distribution solution. Specifically engineered for use in urban high-rise buildings, suburban and rural structures, residential zones, high-tech development areas, and a variety of industrial settings such as small to medium-sized factories, mining operations, oil fields, and temporary construction sites, this substation serves as a robust solution for distributing electrical energy seamlessly within the distribution system.
The YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its robust set design, minimal footprint, compact build, and ensures safe, reliable operation with easy maintenance and mobility. Compared to conventional civil substations, a substation of the same capacity with this prefabricated design occupies merely 1/10th to 1/5th of the land area, significantly reducing design efforts, construction volume, and costs. It supports a versatile range of power distribution configurations including a thousand-ring network, thousand-double power sources, and radiation terminal systems, making it a cutting-edge solution for enhancing urban and rural substation infrastructures.
The YBW series prefabricated substation is constructed to fully comply with the national standard GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation," ensuring excellence in quality and safety.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum permissible limit is ≤ 40 ºC, and minimum permissible limit is ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation intensity is maintained at < 1000W/m².
3. Operational altitude should not exceed 1000 meters.
4. Tolerated ice coating thickness is ≤ 20mm.
5. Maximum permissible wind speed is < 35m/s.
6. Humidity levels: The daily average relative humidity should remain at 59%, while the monthly average should not exceed 90%. The daily average relative water vapor pressure should be ≤ 2.2kPa, and monthly average should be ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. The substation is designed to withstand an earthquake intensity of ≤ 8 degrees.
8. Ideal locations are those free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration. Note: For special use conditions, please negotiate with the manufacturer when placing an order.
