PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The YBW series prefabricated substation is an innovative and comprehensive power distribution device seamlessly integrating high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment. Engineered to serve urban skyscrapers, residential developments, high-tech zones, as well as small to medium enterprises, mining operations, oil fields, and temporary construction sites, this state-of-the-art substation ensures efficient electrical energy distribution in various settings.
Boasting a robust set of features, the YBW series prefabricated substation is designed for convenience and reliability. Its compact and safe structure significantly minimizes space, using up to 90% less area compared to conventional substations. This reduction in size leads to decreased design and construction efforts, thereby cutting costs. It supports multiple power distribution systems, including the innovative thousand-ring network and radiation terminal, setting a new standard in urban and rural substation advancement.
The YBW series prefabricated substation conforms to the prestigious GB/T17467-1998 standard for 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations', ensuring top-quality performance and safety.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature must be maintained with an upper limit of 40 ºC and a lower limit of -10 ºC.
2. It must withstand sunlight radiation below 1000W/m².
3. Suitable for altitudes up to 1000m above sea level.
4. Capable of handling ice coating up to 20mm thick.
5. Designed to endure wind speeds of up to 35m/s.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Engineered to sustain earthquake intensity up to 8 degrees.
8. Installation sites should be free from fire, explosion hazards, intense contamination, chemical corrosion, and severe vibrations. Note: For special conditions, please negotiate with the manufacturer during ordering.
