Low loss, energy savingis remarkable
1) the magnetization direction of three-dimensional rolled iron core is completely consistent with the direction of rolling silicon steel sheet,even magnetic flux distnibution throughout the uniform, no high resistance region, no obvious distortion of the magnetic flux densily of joints.While using same meterial , compared with laminated core, the wound core's iron loss can be reduced from 1.3-1.5 1.05.This feture can make the core loss reduce about 10-20%

The source of noise caused by the vibration of the transformer body is:
1 ) the magnetic expansion of the silicon steel sheet causes the vibration of the iron core,then the noise is produced;
2) the electromagnetic attrction between the joint of the silicon steel sheet and the lamination is caused by leakage, which causes the core vibration and noise;

High Overload ability
1) the product itsel is of very_low_ heat: the winding core transformer 's no-load loss, no-load current are both very small, so the product itself is verylow heated;
2) three-phase coil is like three chimeny delta shaped,so an airway chimney is formed in the coil.There is a tempeture derrerence of 30-40'c iron yoke, which causes strongcross-ventilation.Cold air goes up to the warm side,the heat will Heat is radiated from the upper iron yoke.
