The YBW series prefabricated substation boasts a plethora of advantages: its formidable construction, diminutive footprint, and sophisticated compact design ensure safe, reliable operation and effortless maintenance. Unlike traditional civil substations, this box-type marvel occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the space, drastically slashing design efforts, construction volume, and costs. Its versatility shines in diverse power distribution systems like the thousand-ring network, thousand-double power source, or radiation terminal distribution, heralding a new era in urban and rural substation development.
The YBW series prefabricated substation adheres meticulously to the national standard of GB/T17467-1998 for 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation', ensuring impeccable quality and performance.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature must range between a maximum of 40 ºC and a minimum of -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation should remain below 1000W / m² to ensure optimal performance.
3. The substation is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000m.
4. Ice coating should be maintained at or below 20mm.
5. Wind speeds should not surpass 35m/s for stable operation.
6. Humidity parameters include a daily average relative humidity of 59% and a monthly average not exceeding 90%; Daily average water vapor pressure should be ≤ 2.2kPa, and monthly average should not exceed 1.8kPa.
7. Designed to withstand earthquake intensity up to 8 degrees.
8. The substation should be situated in areas free from fire, explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and intense vibrations. For special conditions, discussions with the manufacturer are advised prior to placing an order.
