The YBW series prefabricated substation is an ingeniously designed integration of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment, amalgamated into a compact, complete power distribution device. It is tailored for urban high-rise buildings, rural structures, residential complexes, high-tech development zones, small to medium-sized factories, mining areas, oil fields, temporary constructions, and more. This versatile substation seamlessly manages the distribution of electrical energy within the distribution system, catering to diverse energy needs.
Boasting an exceptional combination of robustness, compact size, strong structure, and reliable operation, the YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its safe, convenient, and mobile maintenance features. Compared to conventional civil substations, this innovative box-type substation requires just 1/10 to 1/5 of the area needed for traditional setups. Such efficiency significantly reduces design efforts, construction volume, and costs. Within the power distribution system, it's adaptable to various configurations like the thousand-ring network, dual power source, or radiation terminal power distribution systems, positioning it as a groundbreaking solution for enhancing urban and rural substations.
The YBW series prefabricated substation is designed to meet the rigorous national standard of GB/T17467-1998 for High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.

1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit ≤ 40 ºC, lower limit ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation < 1000W/m².
3. Altitude ≤ 1000m.
4. Ice coating ≤ 20mm.
5. Wind speed < 35m/s.
6. Humidity: Daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average relative water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake intensity ≤ 8 degrees.
