The YBW series prefabricated substation boasts incredible features such as a robust design, minimal footprint, compact architecture, and unparalleled safety, ensuring secure and reliable operations. Its structure facilitates easy maintenance and mobility. Compared to traditional civil substations, this advanced box-type substation occupies merely 1/10 to 1/5 of the area, significantly cutting down design efforts, construction volume, and costs. It supports versatile power distribution systems, including the thousand-ring network, dual power source, or radiation terminal setups, making it an ideal choice for modern urban and rural substation enhancements.
The YBW series prefabricated substation is crafted to meet the rigorous national standard GB/T17467-1998 for High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Sunlight radiation should not exceed 1000W/m².
3. Designed for altitudes of up to 1000m.
4. Can withstand ice coatings up to 20mm thick.
5. Capable of enduring wind speeds of up to 35m/s.
6. Humidity: The daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, while the monthly average should be ≤ 90%. Daily water vapor pressure should be ≤ 2.2kPa; monthly ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Withstands earthquake intensity up to 8 degrees.
