The YBW series prefabricated substation stands out with its robust assembly, compact size, and ingeniously designed structure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Maintenance is a breeze, and its mobility adds a layer of convenience. Unlike traditional civil substations, this compact powerhouse requires only 1/10-1/5 of the space, significantly reducing design and construction costs. Adaptable to various power distribution systems such as thousand-ring network and double power source systems, it is ideally suited for modern urban and rural substation needs.
Our YBW series prefabricated substation strictly adheres to the national standard GB/T17467-1998, ensuring compliance with 'High Voltage / Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation' regulations, guaranteeing quality and reliability in every unit.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Surrounding air temperature: Maximum ≤ 40 ºC, Minimum ≥ -10 ºC.
2. Solar radiation intensity: Less than 1000W/m².
3. Altitudinal range: Up to 1000 meters above sea level.
4. Ice coating tolerance: Up to 20mm thick.
5. Maximum wind velocity: Under 35m/s.
6. Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%; Monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%; Daily average relative vapor pressure ≤ 2.2kPa; Monthly average relative vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kPa.
7. Earthquake resistance: Up to 8 degrees of intensity.
