Unlike conventional single-phase two-wire system transformers, this transformer's innovative low voltage of 2 * 0.23kv and unique operational principle allow its low voltage current to be merely half of the standard rated current. The remarkable advantage lies in its ability to reduce line loss to just 1/4 (P=12R) when compared to traditional models, which is a significant factor contributing to its popularity among international single-phase transformer users.
