Scope ofapplication
ZGS series prefabricated substation is suitable for 7.2KV, 12KV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as a high-voltage power distribution metering, compensation control and protection device. There are also four-station load switches or two-station load switches on the high-voltage side. Load switches, backup protection fuses and plug-in fuses are installed on the low-voltage side according to user requirements. Control appliances, distribution appliances, compensation devices and energy meters are installed.
ZGS series prefabricated substations can be used indoors and outdoors, and are widely used in industrial parks, commercial centers, and high-rise buildings.
Structural features
The box structure of the series is divided into front and back parts. The front is the high and lowvoltage operation interval. The high-voltage interval includes a high-voltage terminal, a load switch, ano-load tap-changer, a plug-in fuse, a pressure relief valve, an oil temperature gauge, and a drainvalve, The low voltage interval includes a low voltage terminal, the rear part is a fuel tank body and aheat sink, the transformer winding and the iron core, the high voltage load switch and the protectionfuse are all in the oil storage tank.
Performance characteristics
1. Small size and compact structure, only about P/3 of domestic European box-type box transformers of the same capacity;
2. Fully sealed, fully insulated, no insulation distance required, reliably ensuring personal safety;
3. It can be used for both ring network and terminal. The conversion is very convenient and improves the reliability of power supply;
4. Small loss, lower than the loss of domestic S9 type transformer: 5. The cable joint can operate 200A load current, can be operated as a load switch in emergency situations, and has the characteristics of an isolating switch; it adopts double fuse protection, which reduces operating costs .
